Compensation Begins Before Pregnancy

Your commitment starts long before pregnancy has been confirmed, and your compensation does too. Surrogates receive reimbursements for screening, stipends for medical clearance and transfer, and a monthly allowance. All approved fertility clinic medical expenses are also covered, so you won’t pay out of pocket.

If you also have surrogacy-friendly health insurance, you may qualify for additional compensation opportunities.

Support Throughout Your Pregnancy

Once pregnancy is confirmed, your base compensation is distributed through scheduled monthly payments. In addition, you'll receive monthly stipends designed to support your wellbeing throughout the journey, helping cover everyday expenses such as travel, childcare, maternity needs, and other pregnancy-related costs.

Our goal is to ensure you can focus on your health and the pregnancy, not the financial details.

Additional Compensation & Benefits

Every surrogacy journey is unique. In addition to base compensation and monthly stipends, surrogates may be eligible for additional compensation related to additional embryo transfers, delivery circumstances, lost wages, bed rest, partner support, and postpartum recovery.

Once you submit your interest form, you'll gain access to our full surrogate compensation package through your portal. We'll also review the details together during your first call, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about how compensation works throughout the journey.
