Their Story

N and B love spending time outdoors with their dog, Wrigley, whether they're hiking local trails, tending to their garden, or taking evening walks through the park. They also enjoy cooking meals together, hosting family and friends, and relaxing at home with a good movie. They find joy in life's simple moments and look forward to sharing those traditions with a child.

After the heartbreaking loss of a pregnancy and N's diagnosis of lupus, they learned that carrying a pregnancy would no longer be the safest path to growing their family. While the journey has been filled with unexpected challenges, surrogacy has given them renewed hope for the future. They are incredibly grateful for the woman who will help make their dream of becoming parents a reality and hope to build a lasting relationship with their surrogate.

A Letter from the Intended Parents

To our potential surrogate,

We would like to start by saying we thank you for being so selfless to pursue a journey of surrogacy. Growing a family and being parents has always been a dream of ours and we would be forever grateful to the special surrogate that helps us grow our family. I feel that the greatest joy in life is having kids and when I met my husband I knew he would be the greatest father. He is already such a good dad to our baby dog Wrigley and I cannot wait to see his love continue to grow as we have a baby. I also have always wanted to be a mother and feel like having a family with kids will be the greatest thing I have in my life. We know that being a surrogate is something that people do because they are innately good people and want to help others and we are so grateful that you would consider this journey with us. We would like to keep you as updated on our new family as much as possible with family pictures and Christmas cards of our new family member. We cannot express our gratitude enough for helping us pursue our dream of becoming parents.

I just wanted to share why we are using a surrogate as well. We got pregnant last summer and were so over the moon happy to be pregnant. 10 weeks into my pregnancy I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called lupus and we lost the baby. Due to this condition I am considered a high risk pregnancy, due to the lupus attacking my kidneys. Luckily I have controlled this with medications, but I had always wanted to be pregnant and carry our child. However, I see the beauty in life and I know that everything happens for a reason. I am so much more aware of how precious life is and now that I am healthy and have the best husband in the world, we are so excited to grow our family. I feel so blessed to live in a time when surrogacy is possible and we can grow our family with the help of our surrogate angel. We are forever grateful for you.
